Supported formats
ExactSize supports JPEG, HEIC/HEIF, and PNG input. JPEG and HEIC are supported output formats. PNG output is included with ExactSize Pro. GIF, TIFF, WebP, RAW, PDF, damaged files, and unsupported containers are rejected with an explanation.
Restore ExactSize Pro
Open an ExactSize Pro screen and select Restore Purchases. Make sure your device is signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Apple manages the purchase record.
Free and Pro
The free app supports preparing one photo at a time, practical resize and compression presets, JPEG and HEIC output, remove-location handling, and saving or sharing a prepared copy. ExactSize Pro adds batch processing, custom constraints, PNG output, advanced privacy profiles, and saved presets.
Before you contact us
Include the ExactSize version, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, what you selected, and the message you saw. Do not attach private photos unless support specifically asks for a safe, redacted example.
