Your photos stay on your device.

Summary

ExactSize resizes, compresses, converts, and prepares metadata for supported photos entirely on your device. We do not operate a photo-processing server, and we do not sell or share your photos or photo metadata.

Information we collect

ExactSize does not collect personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking data. The App contains no analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party photo-processing SDKs.

Photos and prepared files

Photos you choose are supplied through Apple's system photo picker, Files picker, or the ExactSize Action Extension. ExactSize works with copies in its private app workspace and does not modify your original files. Prepared files remain in the current result session until you explicitly save or share them. Temporary workspace files are cleaned automatically on launch and can also be cleared from Settings.

Metadata controls

When you choose a privacy option, ExactSize creates a new output with the requested metadata handling. ExactSize validates the prepared result before it reports a selected removal as complete. You remain responsible for reviewing sensitive photos before sharing them.

Local settings and Pro entitlement

Settings, saved presets, and the local presentation of your Pro entitlement are stored on your device. Settings and entitlement presentation may be shared with ExactSize's own Action Extension through an Apple App Group on the same device. They are not sent to us.

Permissions

ExactSize requests Photos Add Only access only after you choose to save a prepared photo to your library. It does not request broad Photo Library access to browse your library. You can change access in iOS or iPadOS Settings at any time.

Purchases

ExactSize Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Apple handles payment and purchase records under its own policies; ExactSize does not receive your payment card details.

Children

Because ExactSize does not collect personal information or create accounts, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your privacy choices

There is no ExactSize cloud account, cloud photo library, or server-held profile to access or delete. You can delete app-held temporary files from Settings, remove saved presets, and uninstall the App. Read more on our Privacy Choices page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App's data practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date before the change takes effect.
