Apple Standard EULA

ExactSize is licensed, not sold. Unless ExactSize provides a custom end-user license agreement through App Store Connect, your use of ExactSize is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

These Terms of Use supplement the Apple Standard EULA for ExactSize-specific matters. If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls for the licensed application.

Agreement

By downloading or using ExactSize, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Using ExactSize

Use ExactSize only on Apple-branded devices you own or control and only as the Apple Standard EULA and applicable Usage Rules permit. We reserve all rights in ExactSize that are not expressly granted to you.

Your photos and outputs

You are responsible for the photos and files you choose, the outputs you create, and how you share them. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to process and use those files. ExactSize does not upload or store your photos for processing.

Purchases

ExactSize Pro is offered as a one-time, non-consumable purchase through Apple's App Store. Payment, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple under the terms that apply to your Apple Account. We do not set or collect payment information directly.

Acceptable use

You may not use the App in a way that violates applicable law, infringes another person's rights, attempts to reverse engineer or interfere with the App, or removes proprietary notices where doing so is not permitted by law.

Updates and support

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App to maintain security, compatibility, or functionality. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for ExactSize. For ExactSize support, use the contact route below.

Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. ExactSize helps prepare files, but it cannot guarantee that every third-party website, portal, recipient, or service will accept a prepared file. Review your result and the receiving service's requirements before submitting sensitive or important material.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ExactSize will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when the App or legal requirements change. The updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the App after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
